Instruction & Concepts	Level 4 The artwork is planned carefully; understanding of all concepts ( i.e. use of line, color, space) and instructions (e.g. about alternating colors ) is clearly demonstrated.	Level 3 The artwork has been planned ; understanding of most concepts ( i.e. use of line, color, space) and instructions (e.g. about alternating colors) is evident .	Level 2 The artwork shows some evidence of planning ; understanding of some concepts ( i.e. use of line, color, space) and instructions (e.g. about alternating colors) can be seen.	Level 1 The artwork shows little evidence of planning ; understanding of concepts ( i.e. use of line, color, space) and instructions (e.g. about alternating colors) is demonstrated in a few places.
Skill & Craftsmanship	Level 4 The artwork shows outstanding craftsmanship ( i.e., lines are clear and spaced appropriately; colors alternate and the color scheme is consistent).
