Welcome video	Excellent Video is well-lit, with clear audio, engaging and brief, including key course information.	Good Video is reasonably well-done, with acceptable background, clear audio and key course information.	Fair Video has potential, but missing key course information, clear audio and professional background.	Poor Video quality is poor, with weak production value, duration and information.
Weekly announcements	Excellent Instructor posts timely announcements at least weekly, with helpful information, encouragement and guidance for upcoming weeks.	Good Instructor posts timely announcements with helpful information, without encouragement or guidance.	Fair Instructor posts weekly announcement more or less on time, with some helpful information but little encouragement or guidance.
