Program Evaluation 
This rubric is to gauge the overall effectiveness of the Bunchanutz training program. The assessment is designed to not only assess the instructor, but to also evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the training program.

What are your feelings towards the training? (i.e. venue, training style, material, instructor)

The training was uninformative, and the information provided was unclear and confusing. There was a lack of presentation styles used by the instructor and a lack of learning styles to choose from. The accommodations were also subpar. There are more weaknesses than strengths making this training unsatisfactory

The training was somewhat informative, and the information provided was somewhat clear. There were a couple of presentation styles used by the instructor and a couple of learning styles to choose from. The accommodations were okay but could have been better. The training, overall, was okay.

The training was informative, and the information provided was clear. There were a few different presentation styles used by the instructor and couple of learning styles to choose from. The accommodations were satisfactory. The training could use fine tuning but, overall, provided a comfortable environment and achieved its purpose.

There was an array of different presentation styles used by the instructor and a variety of learning styles to choose from. The accommodations were above my expectations. The training along with the training conditions were optimal and left nothing to be desired.

What is the overall impact of the training?
Poor

I do not feel that the training was beneficial at all. The training materials, venue and instructions all left something to be desired. The trainer was not effective and could have been more prepared. As a result of this training, I do not feel comfortable moving forward. I do not recommend this training.

The training was good but, all in all, I could have done without it. I still have unanswered questions and I only feel comfortable if I know I can have assistance. The training materials, venue and instructions were okay but could have been better. I feel somewhat comfortable with moving forward. I recommend this with training with improvements.

Thanks to the training, I believe I will do well in my position and will be comfortable working on my own. The training materials, venue and instructions were quite adequate/ beneficial to my development. I can assist others if necessary. I recommend this training.
