Education	Poor Not keeping up to date with assignments and not passing certification exam.	Fair Completing some assignments somewhat on time and passing exam with mediocre score.	Good Completing all assignments on time with a good score and passing exam with an above average score.	Excellent Completing course with ease and determination and passing exam with high score.
Public Relations	Poor Not promoting class in community and not trying to promote to anyone.	Fair Telling a few people about your class and somewhat convincing them to attend.	Good Posting flyers and/or posts on social media to get people to attend.	Excellent Posting many flyers and having class information spread on social media. People show interest.
Registration	Poor Not creating a registration platform for potential attendees.	Fair Creating a messy and confusing registration platform for attendees.
