Overhand Throwing

Prepare-Getting Ready!	level 1 Shows 1 or 0 cues.	level 2 Shows 2 cues.	level 3 Shows 3 cues.	level 4 Shows all 4 cues. 1. T-position, 2. Sideways to target, 3. Eyes on target, 4. Object held in dominant hand (hand on top).
Execute-Do It!	level 1 Shows 1 or 0 cues.	level 2 Shows 2 cues.	level 3 Shows 3 cues.	level 4 Shows all 4 cues. 1. Steps towards target with a good size step 2. Arm is straight, bent, and then straight again 3. Lets ball go when arm is past head and straight 4.Twists torso together with arm.
Follow Through-Finish!	level 1 Keeps throwing hand on side of body.	level 2 Throwing hand twists to middle of body and stays above waist.	level 3 Throwing hand twists to other side of body and down to waist level.	level 4 Throwing hand twists to other side of the body and down to the knee.
