Skimmer
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Better than Good 4 pts	Excellent 5 pts
Drawing	Poor Skimmer does not look like the others and there are definitely no lines visible.	Fair There are no lines visible and Skimmer looks a bit "off".	Good There are no drawn lines visible but Skimmer "looks" like it should.	Better than Good Skimmer "looks" like it should but solid and/or dotted lines are not always visible.	Excellent Solid and dotted lines are clearly visible.
Folds	Poor There were suppose to be folds?!?!?	Fair Folds are very haphazard.	Good Folds are there but are randomly done.	Better than Good The folds are not completely creased and/or not at a 90 degree angle.	Excellent The Skimmer is folded in the proper places at a 90 degree angle.
Cutting	Poor I was suppose to cut this out?	Fair Cutting is very uneven or dotted lines have been cut.	Good Cutting is pretty decent but the slits were cut in the front of the Skimmer instead of the back.	Better than Good Cutting is pretty decent but the slits were not cut.	Excellent Cutting was done carefully and precisely.
Distance	Poor Distance was anything less then 13 blocks	Fair Distance was over 33 feet=14-18 blocks	Good Distance was over 44 feet=19-22 blocks	Better than Good Distance was over 55 feet=23-26 blocks	Excellent Distance was over 66 feet=27 blocks
