Beginning - Content is incomplete. - Major points are not clear and /or persuasive. - Few questions answered.
Format	Exceeding - Essay is the appropriate length as described for the assignment. -Format enhances readability of essay.	Meeting - Essay follows designated guidelines. - Essay is the appropriate length as described for the assignment. -Format is good.	Approaching - Essay follows most guidelines.	Beginning - Essay lacks many elements of correct formatting. - Essay is inadequate in length.
