Weld has inclusions and or two or more 1/8" cracks in the tested coupon and weld cap has craters.
Needs Improvement
Weld cap is not straight. There is striking outside the weld.
Acceptable
Weld coupon has 1/8" crack or less in the bend test. Weld cap is straight without craters.
Very Good
No weld defects are present.
