Fair *Resume is missing 2 or more categories of information.	Poor Resume is missing 3 or more categories of information.
Format	Excellent Margin is flush and clean Individual points bulleted *Categories well defined.	Good Either categories are not clearly defined or points not bulleted. Resume not correctly formatted.	Fair *Does not follow clear and concise format but contains proper content.	Poor *Does not follow clear and concise format and poorly written.
Spelling/Grammar	Excellent *Assignment is complete and without any errors.	Good *Assignment is complete and has only two or three errors.	Fair *Assignment is complete and has only five or six errors.	Poor *Assignment is complete but has many errors.
Attractiveness	Excellent * Text fonts & sizes are well chosen, exceptionally attractive, neat work.	Good *Text fonts & sizes are readable, attractive format.
