Copyright Understanding
	Good 5 pts	Fair 3 pts	Poor 0 pts
Copyright Vocabulary	Good Understands majority of Copyright Terms and Vocabulary on copyright quiz.	Fair Understands some of Copyright Terms and Vocabulary on quiz.	Poor Does not understand Copyright Terms and Vocabulary from quiz.
Fair Use	Good Student clearly understands concept of Fair Use and can explain it in 3 sentences.	Fair Student has a basic understanding of Fair Use and can partially explain it.	Poor Student doesn't understand Fair Use
Creative Commons	Good Student can describe Creative Commons and its use and can explain the different CC licenses.	Fair Student can describe Creative Commons and explain some of the CC licenses.	Poor Student cannot describe Creative Commons or the licenses.
Copyright Rules	Good Student can apply copyright rules to their final presentation. Student cited slides and followed copyright license requirements.	Fair Student applies some copyright rules to final presentation. Student may have cited some works, but left out some citations.	Poor Student did not apply copyright rules to presentation. No citation or credit given. Plagarism is evident.
