Landforms Landforms Students will create a 3D landform using creative materials (examples: construction paper, sand, modeling clay, crayons, tissue paper). Students also have to find 3-5 important facts about the landform and present this information to the class. 3D Model	Poor The model did not represent the landform and was not 3D.	Fair The model did represent the landform but did not use appropriate colors, materials or was not 3D.	Good The model was an excellent representation of the landform. Student chose appropriate colors, materials and created a 3D representation.
Landform Research	Poor Student had 1 or 0 facts about the landform.	Fair Student had 2 facts about the landform.	Good Student had at least 3 facts about the landform.
Presentation	Poor Student did not present the landform.	Fair The student presented the landform, but did not share three facts.	Good The student presented the landform and shared all three facts.
Creativity	Poor The model is not creative.	Fair The model is somewhat creative.	Good The model is very creative.
