On Task	Excellent Student is walking around assisting and interacting with younger students independently the whole time frame. Student shows initiative to help the younger student.	Good Student is walking around assisting and interacting with younger students most of the time frame. Student makes good effort to assist younger students.	Avergage Student needs one or two prompts to walk around to assist and interact with younger students. Little participation, effort or activity is made by the student.	Poor Student needs more than 2 prompts to walk around and assist or interact with younger students.
Interactions/Respect	Excellent Student interacts respectfully with staff and younger students. Student follows directions given by staff.	Good Student interacts respectfully with staff but needs cues for younger students.	Avergage Student needs cues to interact respectfully with staff and younger students with cues.	Poor Student does not interact respectfully with staff or younger students with cues.
Body Language	Excellent Student is smiling (body language is positive) and talking in a positive manner to other staff and younger students.	Good Student is talking in a positive manner to other staff and younger students.	Avergage Student body language and talking is not positive when interacting with staff and younger students. Changes to positive manner with a cue.	Poor With cue, student doesn't change body language or talking positive with staff and younger students.
Leadership	Excellent Student takes the initiative to assist with activities. Prepare items for lessons.	Good Student will assist with an indirect cue.	Avergage Student will assist with a prompt.	Poor Student needs frequent prompts to assist.
