Ease of understanding due to proper pronunciation of speech sounds.

Difficult to understand most of his message due to missing sounds or mispronunciation of words.

Improper or indistinct use of consonant or vowel sounds making some words hard to understand.

Clearly articulated speech which is easy to understand. Occasional words may still have errors but are recognizable.

The rate of delivery with too fast or slow being the lower skill

Way too fast to be understood or too slow to maintain listener's focus.
