Student displayed little understanding of case evidence and little comprehension of the facts.

Student does not appear to understand how to use evidence AND/OR demonstrates a lack of understanding of the trial.

Student took excellent notes on deliberation that focused on evidence; Student passed judgement based on the evidence presented and backed their decision with that evidence.
Good
Student took adequate notes on the deliberation that recorded evidence. Student passed judgment based on evidence, but may not have fully explained or "backed up" decision.
Needs Improvement
Student took notes but did not focus on text evidence. Student makes a decision but fails to back it up with evidence from the trial.
Poor
Student does not take notes. Student decision is not based on court evidence/text evidence.
