Overall Design	Excellent Updo qualities flow well together, Style is balanced, shape is flattering, and form is a desired look.	Good Almost all qualities flow well together, Style is mostly balanced, shape is somewhat flattering, and form is almost a desired look.	Fair Some of the qualities for form, balance, and shape are there and some are not.	Poor Hair is up but design elements are missing.
Creativity	Excellent Very creative. Provides work of the highest quality: student worked on his/her own	Good Creative.
