Station Set-Up	Poor Does not have all the required tools to perform a gel nail service. Station is unorganized and messy.	Fair Station is somewhat organized and neat. Is missing a few necessary items for gel nails	Good Station is neatly set up and organized and student has all the necessary equipment needed for a gel nail service.
Pre-service	Poor Student did not sanitize hands and models hands before service. Student did not analyze nails or file if needed.	Fair Student did not thoroughly sanitize hands.
