Concept Map Rubric
	Excellent 5 pts	Good 3 pts	Poor 1 pts
Use of all vocabulary words	Excellent Students connected all of the vocabulary words correctly and connected the words using arrows. (It looks like a concept map.)	Good Students connected most of the vocabulary words required for the assignment/most of the words were correct.	Poor Students only connected a few of the vocabulary terms required for the assignment/several words were wrong.
Explanation of connecting terms	Excellent Students explained all of the relationships between connecting words demonstrating understanding of all concepts.	Good Students explained most of the relationship between connecting vocabulary words demonstrating understanding of most concepts.	Poor Students only explained a few of the relationships between connecting vocabulary words.
Examples	Excellent Examples/Pictures are given for each term and all are correct.	Good Some examples/pictures are given for each term and some are correct.	Poor Few examples/pictures are given for each term and a few are correct.
Creativity	Excellent Students demonstrated great effort and creativity in the layout.	Good Students put forth some effort and creativity in the layout and design.	Poor Students put forth poor effort in the layout and design.

Title, Name, Date, and Class	Excellent A complete title is given with the definition of the title included in the same bubble. Name, Date, and Class Period are included.
