Participation	Advanced Contestant was on task, participated at all times, demonstrated leadership, followed the action plan.	Proficient Contestant was usually on task, participated daily, followed the action plan.	Beginning Contestant was frequently off task, participated at times, sometimes strayed from action plan.
Speaking Presentation	Advanced Contestant was prepared to speak and spoke an appropriate length of time and was engaging.	Proficient Contestant spoke but did not meet the advanced criteria. She was mildly effective at spreading her information.	Beginning Contestant spoke briefly but was ineffective at spreading her information.
Overall Evaluation	Advanced This event was exceptional- one of the best I've seen.	Proficient This event was great. There are things that could have made it better.	Beginning This event was okay. It appears that the event was completed to simply check it off the list.
