Writing and Organization	Poor Sloppy writing, unorganized, too many mistakes.	Fair Some good content, but ideas not very well organized. Some mistakes.	Good Well written, some grammatical, spelling or punctuation errors. Good content, ideas somewhat well organized.	Excellent Well written, no major grammatical nor punctuation errors. Good content and ideas well organized.
Formatting	Poor More than two elements missing or badly done.	Fair Two elements missing or done wrong.	Good One element missing or done wrong.	Excellent Used multiple sections separated clearly. Titled sections. Used line to separate two columns newsletter. Used drop caps. Added border to newsletter.
Graphics	Poor Forgot to use WordArt for title and forgot either personal picture or clipart. Did not do textwrapping around graphics.	Fair One missing element and some minor issues with placement, text wrap or sizing.	Good Included all the elements but had trouble with sizing, placement or text wrapping.	Excellent Included personal picture and at least one clip art. Made sure text wrapping around graphics was done appropriately. Use of clip art was relevant . Used WordArt for title, sized to span accross, large enough for title.
