Organization	Poor Students thoughts did not match the question. The student did not have an understanding of the question.	Fair Students thoughts where scattered and answer was hard to follow.	Good Students thoughts were somewhat scattered, but stayed on task.	Excellent Student fully answered the question. Used statements within the correct sequence.
Spelling	Poor Poor spelling, could not understand what the writer was saying.	Fair Few-more words misspelled, could somewhat make out what the writer was saying.	Good Few words were spelt incorrect, but answer was easy to understand.	Excellent All words were spelt correct.
Evidence/Knowledge	Poor Used unlearned knowledge within answer, did not use any examples from class lesson.	Fair Used few to no examples from class, did have an understanding of what was learned within the lesson	Good Used examples properly and explained them with knowledge learned within class.	Excellent Explained knowledge from class and used examples to explain more.
Grammar	Poor Student did not use any grammar or punctuation.	Fair Student had many grammar mistake, but did try to incorporate. Punctuation was lacking.	Good Student had understandable grammar mistakes, but used correct punctuation.	Excellent Student had excellent grammar and punctuation!
