Participation
Unsatisfactory (D)
Student does not come to class or complete any activities during the tournament. Makes it hard for peers as they refuse to help or engage.
Satisfactory (C)
Student joins in some activities and games. Completes bare minimum of any assigned task. Hardly takes part in their SEPEP role during the tournament.
Good (B)
Student joins in majority of games and activities with engagement and motivation. Completes all assigned task to an acceptable quality. SEPEP role is fulfilled during the tournament.
Excellent (A)
Student always takes part in all games and activities engaged and motivated. Each task is completed to a high quality along with fulfilling their responsibility in the SEPEP program. Motivates peers to excel during the tournament.
Volleyball Skills
Unsatisfactory (D)
Student has no enthusiasm to learn the basic volleyball skills. During the term the student is unable to perform any of the skills at a basic level.
Satisfactory (C)
Students can perform a number of basic volleyball skills and shows little progress during the tournament. Their willingness to improve lacks motivation.
Good (B)
Students is able to perform volleyball skills to an appropriate level for their age group. They improve over the tournament and show engagement during lessons to improve.
Excellent (A)
Students excel in a number to all volleyball skills and have improved in a number of areas including reading the game and skills. Student is able to give peers feedback on performance and encourage upgrading their skills.
SEPEP Role/Planning
Unsatisfactory (D)
Student never comes to class prepared for the lesson. Does not complete any tasks assigned to their SEPEP role. Is unable to use ICT skills correctly.
Satisfactory (C)
Student sometimes completes SEPEP role tasks and is occasionally pre-organised for the lesson. Demonstrates how to use one ICT tool during the term.
Good (B)
Student is prepared and organised for each lesson. They fulfil SEPEP role by completing tasks and activities assigned to them. Demonstrates understanding of two ICT tools.
Excellent (A)
Student is always comes prepared for each lesson, completing any tasks and activities. Student is organised each lesson and demonstrates how to use three or more ICT tools during the tournament. Is able to help peers and support them in their role.
Team Work Skills
Unsatisfactory (D)
Student did not demonstrate any team work skills with their peers, nor displayed any enthusiasm to improve their cooperation skills.
Satisfactory (C)
Student was able to occasionally work collaboratively with their peers in tasks during the tournament. Showed little improvement in their team work skills.
Good (B)
Student demonstrates their ability to work collaboratively with their peers during the tournament, working together to complete tasks and activities. Student shows enthusiasm to improve team skills.
Excellent (A)
Student demonstrates successful team work skills to complete SEPEP tasks during the tournament. Improves skills by engaging in class and motivating peers to build their cooperative skills too.
