All slides should be well organized and easy to read.

Slides are attractive. Text is legible. More than 5 graphics throughout the PowerPoint to enhance presentation. Information is at the advanced level and consistently supports images.

Slides are attractive. Text is legible. More than half of the slides use graphics and effects to enhance presentation. Information adequately supports images.
Fair

Slides are legible. Amount of text is too great for the amount of space provided. 3 or less graphics or effects. Information supports images at times.
Poor

The slides are not legible. The amount of text is too great for the space provided. There is little use of graphics or effects. The information does not consistently support images.

Speaker presents in a loud and clear voice and does not read from sheets. Uses professional language.
Good

Speaker presents in a loud and clear voice but constantly turns to the screen. Uses professional language.
Fair

Speakers presents in a voice that is sometimes clear but constantly refers to the presentation. Lacks some professional language.
Poor

Speaker does not present in a loud or clear voice and reads simply from the presentation. Does not use professional language.
