Reading	Poor The student is unable read the name of the food substance given	Fair The student reads but with difficulty	Good The student is able to read the name of the product but after struggles	Excellent The student reads the name well without challenges
Drawing	Poor The student is unable to draw the image of the food substance	Fair The student have draw the food substance but it does not match the one given	Good The student is able to draw the food substance but have left out few details in naming the substance	Excellent the drawing is perfect and the labelling is done well.
