House Requirements	Excellent House has 12 windows, 2doors, one garage door, fence around the backyard, front or back porch. Different color roof.	Good .House has 10 windows, 1door, fence around the backyard, front or back porch.	Fair House has 8 windows, 1door	Poor House has 6 windows and 1 door.
Design Clarity	Excellent Design tools are used effectively and has strong impact on the total house design.	Good Design tools are used and generally have an impact on the project.	Fair Most design tools are focused on the product of the house project, but could have been used more effectively.	Poor Design tools fail to convey the meaning of the design project and there is a lack of understanding demonstrated by poor sizing or placement.
Design Attractiveness	Excellent The design project is exceptionally attractive in terms of design, layout, neatness, etc.	Good The design project is attractive in terms of design, layout and neatness and demonstrate an understanding of the use of design tools.	Fair The design project is acceptably attractive though it may be a bit disorganized and does not demonstrate a clear understanding of layout: dominance, size,etc	Poor The design project is distractingly cluttered or devoid of necessary elements and very poorly designed. It is not attractive.
