This rubric is created for evaluating the overall training for the Night Receptionist Program student check-in procedures as well student safety procedures using the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model specified for workplace learning. Training Program Objectives - 1. Employees will define student check-in and safety procedures with 85% accuracy. 2. Employees will demonstrate both student check-in and safety procedures with 85% accuracy. 3. Employees will assess the check-in and safety procedures.

Learning - The learner's retention of the content given in the training, provided by answers given and compared by each participant in the pre questionnaire and post exam.

Exceeds Expectations

The post exam scores of the participants increased by 60%-100% compared to the beginning questionnaire. The learning content was successfully obtained.
Meets Expectations

The post exam scores of the participants increased by 30%-59% compared to the beginning questionnaire. The learning content was obtained.
Partially Meets Expectations

The post exam scores of the participants increased by 1%-29% compared to the beginning questionnaire. The learning material was somewhat obtained.
Does Not Meet Expectations

The post exam scores of the participants did not increase compared to the beginning questionnaire. The learning material was not obtained.

Behavior - Learner's actions scaled by the individual's demonstrations throughout and at the end of the training.

Exceeds Expectations

Participants have demonstrated phenomenally regarding knowledge of the procedures for student check-in and student safety from the training. Receiving over 85% accuracy.

Participants have demonstrated adequately regarding knowledge of the procedures for student check-in and student safety from the training. Meeting the 85% accuracy goal.
Partially Meets Expectations

Participants have partly demonstrated knowledge of the procedures for student check-in and student safety. Receiving less than the 85% accuracy goal.
Does Not Meet Expectations

Participant demonstrated little to no knowledge regarding the procedures for student check-in and student safety.
