1. Find a Chinese recipe that looks good or interesting. 2. Make the recipe. 3. Write down in Chinese steps with pictures of how to make the recipe by using Chinese characters. 4. Bring your creation to class. 5. Present/explain the food in English with a description and how to make the food. Then share. 6. The project is due Feb 12- Feb 14
