The product is well formed. The thesis/assertion is clear and fully supported by well formed supporting paragraphs. The voice is collective and unified.

The final product is satisfactory. The thesis/assertion tends to be supported by supporting paragraphs, though there may be a few lapses in organization. The voice is collective and unified for the most part, with a few exceptions.
Needs Improvement

The thesis/assertion may not be fully supported. The writing may sound piecemeal rather than unified and collective.

The final product is error free. There are no grammatical errors.
Satisfactory

With one or two exceptions, the final product is free of grammatical error.
Needs Improvement

There are three or more grammatical errors in the final product.

The final product is polished and engaging. It invites a general audience, and my be particularly stylish.

For the most part, the final product is polished. It may have benefited from one more review before final publishing.
