Completed Project	Poor Did not start the project	Fair Project partial complete, carved but did not paint.	Good Project mostly complete, carved, painted some.	Excellent Project 100% complete.
Creativity	Poor Barely any creativity, just wanted to get it done.	Fair Some creativity, just slapped any words and object for a grade.	Good Good creativity, took some time to plan, could have done a little more but not bad.	Excellent Super creative, looks like a sign I could buy in a store. Well done.
Sanding/Filing	Poor No sanding/filing done at all.	Fair Barely sanded/filed, still see some wood shards attached to the carve.	Good Good job of sanding/filing, maybe missed a few spots.	Excellent Looks like a professional sign maker. Great job.
Painting/Poly	Poor Did not paint at all.	Fair Painted less than three colors just to get it done.	Good Painted all three colors, could have been neater and taken more time.	Excellent Looks like da Vinci made the sign! Bravo!
Overall appearance	Poor Sloppy, did not finish or care.	Fair Decent job, several missed items from above.	Good Pretty good job, could have taken more time on a few parts of the sign.	Excellent Excellent job! Not as good as my Coffee sign but nice!
