360 Evaluation 360 Evaluation Welcome to 360° Evaluation The 360° Evaluation includes a Personal, Team Member and Instructor evaluation and is used to assess the performance of students within group activities. Click on the Team's listed below to review and complete the evaluation rubrics. Facilitator Evaluation The Facilitator evaluation is your assessment of a students' performance within the group activity. Review the Personal and Team Member evaluations and complete the evaluation criteria below. When completed the 360° Evaluation can be submitted to the Gradebook. Partial Credit: 70-89% Response demonstrates a minimal understanding of the theories, concepts, and/or strategies presented in the course. Theories, concepts, and/or strategies may not always be used appropriately or implemented correctly.	Limited Credit: Less than 70% Response demonstrates a lack of understanding, inappropriate use, and incorrect implementation of the theories, concepts, and/or strategies presented in the course.
Aspects of the Assignment	Full Credit: 90-100% All aspects of the assignment are explicitly addressed.	Partial Credit: 70-89% Most aspects of the assignment are satisfactorily addressed.	Limited Credit: Less than 70% Few aspects of the assignment are addressed.
Writing	Full Credit: 90-100% Writing is clear, and well organized, with excellent sentence/paragraph construction. Thoughts are expressed in a coherent and logical manner.
