Welcome to 360° Evaluation The 360° Evaluation includes a Personal, Team Member and Instructor evaluation and is used to assess the performance of students within group activities. Click on the Team's listed below to review and complete the evaluation rubrics. Facilitator Evaluation The Facilitator evaluation is your assessment of a students' performance within the group activity. Review the Personal and Team Member evaluations and complete the evaluation criteria below. When completed the 360° Evaluation can be submitted to the Gradebook.
