Overhand throw (able-bodied)
	Excellent 4 pts	Good 3 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor 1 pts
Feet/Step	Excellent Feet shoulder width apart and step with non-dominant foot straight towards target.	Good Feet shoulder width apart and step with non-dominant foot towards side of target.	Fair Feet not shoulder width apart and step with throwing side foot towards target.	Poor Feet are not shoulder width apart and student does not step towards target.
Throwing arm	Excellent Ball held in throwing hand and arm forms an "L" Shape or 90 degrees angle next to students ear.	Good Ball held in throwing hand and arm forms greater than a 90 degrees angle higher than students ear.	Fair Ball held in throwing hand and arm forms less than a 90 degrees angle below students ear.	Poor Ball held in throwing hand and is not held by the students ear.
Non-throwing arm	Excellent Non-dominant pointing straight at the target.	Good Non-dominant pointing above the target.	Fair Non-dominant pointing below the target.	Poor Non-dominant not pointing at target.
Follow Through	Excellent Student releases ball when moving past ear and arm moves across the body to opposite hip.	Good Student releases ball before moving past ear and arm moves across the body past the hip.	Fair Student releases ball after moving past ear and arm moves to middle of body.	Poor Student releases ball after moving past ear and arm moves straight down on throwing side arm of body.
