Intermediate ACTFL Performance Descriptor
Candidate understands fully and with ease mid-length, moderately complex texts that convey information and deal with topics to which the reader brings personal interest or knowledge. The readers are also able to understand tangential texts featuring description and narration. There may be occasional gaps in understanding due to the advanced nature of the vocabulary, structures, and writing conventions of the target language.
