Push Ups (1 minute) Baseline Number	Poor No attempt or did not improve.	Average Number improved by 1-5.	Very Good Number improved by 4-6	Excellent Number improved by more than 6.
1 1/2 Mile Run Baseline Time	Poor No attempt at running the mile or time did not improve.	Average Mile time improved by 1-10 seconds.	Very Good Mile time improved by 6-10 seconds.	Excellent Mile time improved by more than 10 seconds.
