The drywall is very clean looking and does not have excessive gaps or holes. Cuts around lights and boxes are clean.

There are some minor defective pieces cut or nailed. Joints are generally good. Minor issues with cuts around lights and boxes.

The drywall has various things misaligned. there are 2x4s that can be seen through the gaps. Various holes in panels. Cuts around lights and boxes are excessive.
Completeness
Excellent
All phases of drywall are built according to actuall building techniques and have the necessary members/fastners to be structurally sound.
Acceptable
There is one or two missing members/fastners from each stage of construction.
Poor
There are a few members missing. Not properly fastened and the job is incomplete.
Craft

It is obvious that the team has taken time and care during construction. Cuts are straight and not jagged, there is no missed layout<BR>
issues.

Members, are slightly off the mark. There is moderate missed layout Materials may be only slightly misaligned.

Excessive missed layouts. Misalighned sheets.
Accuracy
Excellent
All members are strictly parrallel to each other. Panels are offset and fastenting is consistent throughout.

All walls are strictly measured for spacing b for windows, doors, or corner have cut problems. Most of the nailing is correct

Things ave not been measured for accuracy. Nail patterns are random.

Excellent
The student knows what all of the components are.
Acceptable
The students uses some improper terminology, but has a grasp of the majority of the components.
Poor
The student uses improper terminology most of the time.
Participation
Excellent
Each team member has participated in the construction equally. Each member helped the other to know something new.
Acceptable
Each team member has participated in the construction equally.
