Speed Dribbling
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Keeping their eyes up	Poor Always has to be looking at the ball while dribbling	Fair Can look up for a few seconds but then has to look down	Good Can look up for most the time but looks down here or there	Excellent Can keep their eyes up the whole time while dribbling
Game Speed	Poor Needs to walk to stay under control	Fair Can go about 50% of their speed while staying under control	Good Can go about 75% of their speed while staying under control	Excellent Can dribble at game speed while staying under control
Dribble Height	Poor Dribbling the ball always above waist height	Fair Dribbling the ball mostly above waist height but has it at waist hight sometimes	Good Dribbling the ball keeping it at waist height most the of time but has it come higher sometimes	Excellent Dribbling the ball keeping it waist height.
Control	Poor Cannot control the ball at all while dribbling up and down. Losing the ball more than 5 times.	Fair Struggles to stay under control. Loses the ball 3 or 4 times	Good Stays under control most of the time. Balls gets away once or twice	Excellent Stays under control the whole time while dribbling back and forth. Does not lose the ball once.
