Fitness Workout 
Students will create his or her own workout plan. For each workout students are to utilize a minimum of 12 exercises. For each exercise there needs to be full sentences of directions on how to perform the exercise, which of the 5 components of health related fitness are addressed, which muscles are targeted by the exercise, and reference to where the information about the exercise was found.

Included are thorough descriptions of each exercise and how it incorporates different elements of fitness.
