Mirror, Mirror Rubric 
Students participated in a variety of jump rope exercises with different partners. There were times when the student imitated their partner, and when their partner imitated them. They started, stopped, and changed partners when instructed by the teacher.

The student displayed an understanding of the rules and willingly followed them throughout the whole activity.

The student did not display an understanding of the activity, and could not perform the jump rope exercise.
GETTING THERE

The student showed a beginner's understanding of the exercise and is learning how to properly jump rope.
GOOD

The student displayed a basic understanding, and was able to jump rope for the entirety of the game.
AWESOME

The student demonstrated a complete understanding of how the game worked, and efficiently jump ropes with the proper technique.
Partner Skills

NEEDS WORK

The student did not cooperate with their classmates during the game, making it difficult to have effective participation.
GETTING THERE

The student worked with their partners when frequently prompted by the teacher, being reminded to follow their classmate and participate.
GOOD

The student worked well with their classmates when occasionally urged to do so by the teacher.
AWESOME

The student effectively cooperated with their partners, following and leading when needed throughout the exercise.
