That's It Organized and has a nice outward appearance, picture is well done and relates to the job posting.	Wow! Very organized and has an outstanding appearance, picture is very well done and relates directly to job posting.
Job Description	A Start No description or a job not on the given list.	Almost There Job described very vaguely.	That's It Job is described in one or two short sentences.	Wow! Job is described in detail and connection is made to that job being done today.
