Content & Development	Good - Content is comprehensive and accurate. - Major points are stated clearly and are well supported. - Main points are adequate, timely and addresses course concepts. - Content and purpose of the writing are clear.	Fair - Content does not reflect class/homework. - Major points are addressed, but not supported. - Content is inconsistent/irrelevant.	Poor - Content is incomplete. - Major points are not clear and /or persuasive. -Did not follow directions	Incomplete Content is incomplete
Format	Good - Paper follows designated guidelines. - Paper is the appropriate length as described for the assignment.	Fair - Paper follows most guidelines. - Paper is over/ under paragraph length.
