Equipment	Poor/Off task Exercises are repetitive and lack originality. Exercises are lead primarily by one partner.	Enter Title Occasionally uses equipment correctly.	Basic/Average Exercises have some variety and originality. Exercises are mostly lead by one partner.	Good/Proficient Skills Exercises flow with variety and originality. Most of the exercises are shared between partners.
Fitness Log Completion	Poor/Off task Does not record daily entries. Doesn't complete lifts.	Enter Title Records very little to none of the required information for day's entry.	Basic/Average Records some of the required information for the day's entry.	Good/Proficient Skills Records all of the required information for the day's entry.
Technique	Poor/Off task No technique while lifting.	Enter Title Some technique being used while lifting.	Basic/Average Good technique and shows improvement on 10 rep max.	Good/Proficient Skills Always shows good technique. Improves on 10 rep max. Also can be able to teach technique to classmates.
