Canada Food Guide Meal Plan 
Create a balanced meal plan for one day following the Canada Food Guide that has the appropriate amount of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. This plan must also contain at least three meals and two snacks that meet the minimum daily caloric needs of an average adult male or female.
