Oral Conversation Rubric - Civics Opinion with Facts 
Oral conversation on a Civics Topic selected by both the student and the teacher. A few topic-related point form starters are allowed. The student will start and carry the conversation. Time is set at roughly 8 minutes for the student to get across their idea and opinion, with the teacher asking questions and sometimes playing devil's advocate.
