Accuracy 3 pts weighted X 2	Poor There are several errors in how to complete the nursing skill were noted in the video.	Good-Fair There are one or more nursing skill inaccuracies in the video.	Good-Excellent The skill is completely and accurately represented in the video.
Clarity 3 pts weighted X 1	Poor The audience has difficulty understanding the video. The explanation of the topic is difficult to understand.
