The group members did not work together well. Some took over, while others did not do their share. The phrases "I told him/ her to do..." or "I don't know what I'm supposed to do show poor group work.

The group members shared the work fairly and worked through problems for the most part. They worked beside each other, but not together through discussion, etc.

The team members worked together. They discussed the ideas, organizations, groupings, etc. This is truly a product of a team effort.
