(activity, how it relieved stress, when/how often,etc.)	Proficient Student did a good job at presenting. (They talked clearly, and didn't miss any major details.)	Exemplary Student had a detailed presentation on what their stress relieving topic was, why they picked it, how it relieved stress, how often/when you should participate in this activity.) Student also used the 5-10 minute time allotment.
