Grading Rubric
	Developing 1 pts	Sound 3 pts	Thorough 4 pts	Exceeding 5 pts
Content The student needs to present information about the technology including benefits and limitations. This information must be presented in an organised and clear way.	Developing Many slides do not contain relevant information. The information is not presented in a clear way.	Sound Missing some slides or relevant information. The information presented is not very clear and more material is needed.	Thorough All required slides with relevant information. The information is presented clearly but more information is required.	Exceeding All required slides included with required information. The information is presented clearly and in an organised manner.
Presentation/Images The presentation must be attractive and support the information. It must be easy to read and the text must not be too long. It must include some images.	Developing The slides are not easy to read. The amount of text is too great for the space provided. There are no images.	Sound The presentation is attractive. Slides are sometimes not easy to read. Amount of text is too great for the amount of space provided.	Thorough Slides are attractive and layout is organised. Text is easy to read. Some spelling or grammar errors	Exceeding Slides are attractive and layout is organised. Text is easy to read with no spelling or grammar errors. The presentation includes relevant images which support the information.
Presentation - voice The student must present in a loud, clear voice.	Developing Speaker does not present in a loud or clear voice and rarely uses tone/intonation.	Sound Speakers presents in a voice that is sometimes clear and uses some intonation.	Thorough Speaker presents in a loud, clear voice most of the time but does not use tone/intonation to add meaning for the audience.	Exceeding Speaker presents in a loud, clear voice which adds meaning for the audience.
Presentation - body language The student should use confident body language and maintain eye contact with the audience.	Developing Speaker fidgets or stands with their body turned to the screen throughout the presentation. No eye contact is given with audience.	Sound Speaker fidgets or stands with their body turned to the screen often during the presentation. Eye contact is limited.	Thorough Speaker stands confidently and sometimes refers to the screen but maintains eye contact most of the time.	Exceeding Speaker stand confidently and rarely refers to the screen, maintaining eye contact throughout their presentation.
