Knot tying -	Not Proficient NM The student cannot tie the knot correctly Given numerous attempts.the student struggles with the process.	Partially Proficient. PM The student can tie some of the knot correctly. The student has some success in some of the steps but lacks consistency.	Very Proficient. ME The student can tie most of the knot and rarely needs outside help. The student is routinely successful.	Highly Proficient. E The student can tie all of the knot and doesn't need any help.Student can teach others the knot in a way that can be understood and yield success. Mastery.
