Approaching - Major points are addressed, but not well supported. - Responses are inadequate or do not address assignment. - Some questions answered.	Beginning - Content is incomplete. - Major points are not clear and /or persuasive. - Few questions answered.
Format	Exceeding - Paper is the appropriate length as described for the assignment. -Format enhances readability of paper.	Meeting - Paper follows designated guidelines. - Paper is the appropriate length as described for the assignment. -Format is good.	Approaching - Paper follows most guidelines.	Beginning - Paper lacks many elements of correct formatting. - Paper is inadequate in length.
Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling	Exceeding - Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation are followed; spelling is correct.
