Attack and Defence

Student does not comprehend the concept of attack or defence.
Student does not run into position to receive a ball
Student does not defend.

Student can sometimes run into attack position and receive the ball.
Student can sometimes take up the defending position and intercept a ball.
Good

Student shows an understanding of the role of attack and makes position to receive the ball.
Student can defend a ball from the correct distance and can attempt interceptions.
Excellent

Student can use both attack and defending skills in the course of the game.
The student intercepts the ball and makes turnovers for their team.
