Goals, Target Market, Competition	Poor /Lacking Info The section is missing or the reader is not excited about the potential.	Sufficient Several issues	Proficient 1-2 issues.	Advanced Excellent job of describing your goals for the business, where you expect the business to be in 1,3, or 5 years, your proposed target market, who are your ideal customers, and your competition. Who are you up against, and what unique selling proposition will help you succeed?
Management Team / Financial Plan	Poor /Lacking Info The section is missing or the reader does not feel good about the management team or the overall business plan.
