Professional Attire (cleanliness, grooming, proper equipment)	Unacceptable Appearance is rarely appropriate. In clear violation of campus and program requirements.	Below Average Appearance is occasionally less than appropriate. Meets some campus and program requirements.	Acceptable Appearance is usually neat and well-groomed. Usually wears appropriate attire. Meets most campus and program requirements.	Above Average Appearance is consistently neat and wears appropriate attire. Meets all campus, and program requirements.
Attendance (in accordance with oTECH and COE regulations/guidelines)	Unacceptable Absent repeatedly and does not inform appropriate personnel. *More than 3 absences	Below Average Less than 2 unexcused absences	Acceptable Rarely absent but informs appropriate personnel. 1 absence	Above Average Never absent.
Timeliness (arrives to "work" prepared and on time)	Unacceptable Is frequently late and unprepared (equipment and uniform). (4 or more)	Below Average Is periodically late or unprepared. (3 times)	Acceptable Is seldom late or unprepared (less than 2 times), informs appropriate personnel.	Above Average Regularly arrives on time and prepared.
